This work,
Cultural Bloom, is commissioned for DFS Galleria (Singapore ) at 25 Scotts Rd for their Fall-Winter 2013
Visual Merchandising Campaign. This project is collaborated with Lim Jit Hwang,
with help from Shen
Foo. We are inspired from subjects of cultural masks from our 3 major
ethnic groups (Chinese, Indian and Peranakan) as well as our national flower
Orchid. It is a depiction of our national identity with cultural richness. It is on-site at level 2 of DFS Galleria Singapore .

Design Fundamentals Phase II

Students were exposed to 'Colouring & Painting' in phase II with use of materials such as colour pencils, water-colour, acrylic paint and mixed media. Their work were creatively composed in imaginative and semi-abstract themes.

Students were exposed to 'drawing essentials' in phase I with use of B/W media like pencils, markers, charcoal, ink and pastel. Real life subjects on Nature, Human and Manmade were used as studies for their hands-on.
